Sister Circle: what is it? It is a safe space created by women for women to exchange ideas, be courageous, communicate and listen to each other. To recharge batteries together, to give courage, to be there for each other. Once a month, I would like to invite you to join us, to take time for yourselves and our sisters. We meditate, journal, do breathwork, exchange ideas and connect. 🧡 This offer is intended to open the heart and is open to all women - whether currently traveling or firmly anchored in Lisbon, no matter where from or how old.
